Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join the Team of one of our clients, a dynamic print and design company based in Stansted, Essex. Established in 2014, they have seen year on year growth ever since and are now looking to add to their growing Team. Specialising in print and design, they are motivated by the need to create the most memorable stands and graphics in the industry, with their clients' needs at the forefront. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality design solutions for a number of projects. The ideal Graphic Designer will have the ability to work with necessary design tools to produce visual concepts, designs and layouts that meet the needs of clients, to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibitor Management: As part of the exhibitor team, you will ensure that all stands are completed on time and to the necessary specifications, including stand proofing, stand layouts, and high-resolution print files

• Graphic Design: Process artwork from exhibitors and create booth layouts to the right specifications following the schedule created by the Exhibitor Managers team

• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors, addressing any design-related questions or concerns they may have before and during the event

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of exhibitor information, layouts, and design specifications

• Problem Solving: Handle any design-related issues or conflicts that may arise with exhibitors promptly and professionally

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales, marketing, and event planning, to ensure cohesive branding and visual representation at trade shows

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis on InDesign

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

• Previous experience in graphic design and/or trade show management is preferred

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally for events
