Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.
Develop and maintain a job grading structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits practices.
Work closely with the HR team and business leaders to implement reward initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in all reward practices.
Manage reward-related communication and education to employees.Profile

Experience in a Reward role in a large business.
