Housing Assistant - Customer Hub

Position: Housing Assistant
Location: Niddrie, Edinburgh
Salary: £12.81 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Housing Assistant to join our clients' team based at the Welcome Centre in Niddrie. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a friendly, supportive environment, assisting the local community with their housing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer-facing support - Provide excellent service and assist clients with inquiries at the Welcome Centre.
Record Keeping - Maintain and update registers and ensure accurate record-keeping on the internal Northgate system.
Administrative tasks - Support day-to-day operations, ensuring all data is processed and stored efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
Ability to use Northgate (experience preferred but training provided).
A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
