Testament to their hard work and dedication, the business has seen sustainable growth and success, increasing revenue into the business year on year.The Mortgage and Protection Broker roleAs a Mortgage and Protection Broker at Estate Agencies based in Gloucester, you will receive qualified leads directly from the Estate Agents, your role will be to assess clients' eligibility, researching mortgage and protection options, offering sound advice. As support, you will have a dedicated Client relationship manager team to assist you with all your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients. The Mortgage and Protection Broker package

• Salary up to £30k
• Plus £3k Car Allowance
• Commission is tiered up to 45%
• OTE £70k
• Average loan size £220k
• 25 - 30 Qualified leads provided per month
• Full Administrative support
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

Mortgage and Protection Broker experience

• CeMap or Equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker
• Professional and personable approach
• Ability to adapt to a wide variety of clients & mortgage cases
• Driven and ambitious
• Motivated to go the extra mile for clients
