I am delighted to announce that I am recruiting on behalf of a Chartered Architectural practice based in Bristol who are on the look out for an experienced Architect to join the already well-rounded and established team in place. The projects they are currently undertaking are Residential projects on a medium to large scale housing development projects.

The candidate:

* Will have experience across all RIBA stages

* Experience with PAS2035

* AutoCAD and Revit proficiency

* Job running experience

* 10+ years UK-based in practice experience

* Excellent working knowledge of UK BIM regulations
