Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and Science at KS3 and KS4
Adapt teaching methods to support students of all abilities
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Offer 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
Assist GCSE students with exam preparation
Follow school policies and maintain classroom discipline

Requirements:

Teaching experience in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to work flexibly across different schools
A passion for teaching and supporting student progress
