You would be bringing your experience with working with children in placements to further bolster their 16+ care leavers team. As Advanced Practitioner in the Care Leaver service you will support the Team Manager in the oversight of pathway-planning and independence work for care leavers from 16 upwards.

You will sit closely with the TM, helping develop practice and supervise students and ASYE workers to promote best practice, with a protected caseload of 8.

Salaries range from £45,441 - £48,474
