We are industry specialists in plastic welding and fabrication, supplying high-quality pipe assemblies, chambers, tanks, and bespoke HDPE products to the construction industry. We pride ourselves on precision and innovation, with a focus on meeting the diverse needs of our clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plastic Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will interpret engineering drawings and fabricate components while performing cutting, bending, welding, and assembly of plastic parts according to specifications. The position involves working on a range of projects, particularly focusing on chambers and construction components ranging from 1m to 3.5m in diameter.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interpret and read technical engineering drawings.

· Perform the fabrication and welding of bespoke plastic components, including chambers and tank assemblies.

· Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including jigsaws, grinders, and drills, ensuring accuracy in measurements and attention to detail.

· Collaborate with team members on diverse fabrication, assembly, and welding tasks.

· Prepare and weld CNC pre-cut parts, with training provided to ensure high-quality outcomes.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

· This role does not require previous experience working with plastics but does require knowledge and experience using general tools such as Jigsaws, Grinders, Drills etc.

· Previous experience in fabrication, welding, carpentry, or similar roles that require precise measuring skills is preferred, but not mandatory.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

· Occasional Saturday work may be required.
