This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to move into Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out due diligence work and prepare draft reports.
Create and review financial models, and prepare reports.
Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches, with involvement in business development activities.
Preparing transaction documentation - business plans, information memorandum and financial forecasts.
Researching and approaching potential buyers / sellers for clients.
Developing business plans and financial forecasts, with involvement in business valuations, exit planning, fund raising
Supporting the team in marketing activity
Building strong working relationships with clientsKey skills and attributes:

Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Ability to work within a team
Take responsibility for own work
Work as part of a team but also work autonomously
Passionate about delivering results
Attention to detail
Strong people skills - ability to partner with internal and external stakeholdersThe package:

Starting salary of £50,000 with uncapped earning potential
