Site Supervisor

In this role, you will manage daily on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include coordinating site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring progress, and conducting regular inspections to uphold health and safety standards. You will maintain accurate site records and act as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, a strong understanding of construction processes, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. SSSTS or SMSTS certification is required, and a valid CSCS card is essential. Asbestos Awareness training is preferred but not mandatory. You must also have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in basic IT tools and reporting software.
