Description

Ensure quality compliance and improve quality systems within the engineering and manufacturing department.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to uphold the highest quality standards.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.
Support the production team in maintaining day-to-day operations.
Compile and represent quality reports to management.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs.Profile

A successful 'Quality Engineer' should have:

An educational background in Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of various quality tools and methodologies (PPAP, 8D and 5 Y's)
To have a background in CNC Machining and CMM inspection
Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) projects
A strong understanding of the manufacturing process; converting raw materials and components into finished goods.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proven experience in implementing quality control systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
