We're working with a small company who are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Administrator to join their friendly team in Horsham. This is a key role in a small business, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes real ownership of their work, and prefers a steady, no-fuss role without the pressure of chasing promotions or climbing the career ladder.

The Package:
12-16 hours per week: Fridays 9am-5pm plus two flexible 4-hour days

The Role:
Answering phone and email queries from contractors and tenants
Logging and coordinating reactive maintenance tasks
Taking full ownership of health & safety records-keeping everything compliant and flagging when action is needed (fire alarms, extinguishers, etc.)
Managing utility records-monitoring usage, flagging discrepancies, and keeping everything organised
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Supporting the office with general administrative tasks
