Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will:
* Lead and manage mechanical design projects from concept to completion.

* Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development.
* Engage with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
* Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure design implementation.
* Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
* Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
