Hull - Office Based
£12.50 per hour
Temp to Perm contract
Monday - Thursday 07:45am - 4:15pm, Fridays 07:45am - 3:15pm
We have been asked by our loyal client to find a suitable candidate for the role of Sales Administrator for their business, who are a leading supplier to Holiday Parks throughout the UK.
Sales Administrator
Working in a small and friendly team your responsibilities would be varied, and include:
- Managing the full sales order process including liaising with customers, processing of orders and ensuring orders are despatched on time, etc.
- Preparing customer quotations and following up.
- Liaising with various other departments to ensure the sales order process runs smoothly
- Answering the telephone
- Resolving customer queries
- Producing a variety of reports
- Conducting a variety of system checks and update periodically to ensure accuracy in our processes.
- General administration duties
Person Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential
- Must be comfortable communicating with people at all levels, in a professional manner.
- Must speak/write perfect English
- Be confident in being able to handle customer problems or conflict well
- Be conscientious and have great attention to detail
- Be reliable with a positive approach and a "can do" attitude.
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
