SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PROPERTY DEVELOPER

LONDON - SALARY UP TO £85K

ABOUT:

• Property Developer based in North London
• Residential developments within the M25
• Longstanding business with an exceptional client base and Management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Procurement of trade packages within budget and timescales set.
• Management and control of subcontract variations within budget.
• Accurate and timely cost reporting including cash flows.
• Concise reporting on risks and opportunities.
• Logical and auditable preparation of relevant documentation for valuation, procurement and commercial administration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 7-10 years proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within residential projects, specifically within London.
• Previous experience working with high rise and with RC Frame.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

OFFERING:

• Salary up to £80,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
• The company offers hybrid working, 4 days Office/Site and 1 days home (flexibility required)
• Car Allowance in addition of £7,250 per annum
• 10% Annual Bonus. and additional earning potential.
