Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities, working closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed inspection records and generate quality reports for analysis and continuous improvement.
Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into quality control procedures.
Adhere to safety and compliance regulations while upholding the company's commitment to operational excellence.Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other industry-related quality management systems is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
