Ashton Recruitment require a HR Compliance Administrator our client based in Toomebridge.
Position: HR Compliance Administrator
Location: Toomebridge
Duration: Permanent
Rate of Pay: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (Open to negotiation)
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, Full time
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Oversee and manage the visa application process, including preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications.
- Ensure all visa and immigration documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries.
- Maintain and update records to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Regularly audit internal processes to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end application processes related to compliance, including but not limited to work permits, visas, and other related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications.
- Monitor application timelines and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Work alongside the HR Manager and Global Mobility team to support business operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide support in other HR and compliance-related tasks as needed.
- Effectively communicate with employees, stakeholders, and external partners regarding compliance processes and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on compliance activities and progress.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a compliance like role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
