Inspire Resourcing are seeking a CAD Design Engineer for our client in Sheffield. The CAD Design Engineer is responsible for staying up to date with new advancements in CAD software and work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering and wider team to deliver excellence to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* CAD/CAM: Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

* Process Improvement

* Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery

* Contribute to digitalisation initiatives aimed at integrating advanced technologies into manufacturing processes to improve data management

* Work closely with cross-functional teams

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of design changes, process improvements, and project progress.

Qualifications

* Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (experience with Autodesk or other packages is beneficial).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Desired:

* Apprenticeship training or previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Driving licence

* Salary package DOE 28-38K

* This role would suit a graduate looking for an exciting new role.
