In this role, you will be responsible for both estimating and pricing of contracts as well as the preparation and measurement of stage payment claims. You will also be responsible for setting out the site alongside surveying and levelling. In addition, you will also manage personnel and resources, whilst implementing the health and safety policy.

The ideal Contracts Manager/Projects Manager will have a background in Civil and/or Construction Engineering. You will also have a knowledge of CAD as well as an understanding of levels, alongside site management experience.
