Your Key Responsibilities:

Resident Advocate: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing support and clear communication throughout the project.

Proactive Communication: Deliver timely and accurate information about the external works, schedules, and potential impacts.

Problem Solver: Address resident queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.

Relationship Builder: Conduct pre-works visits and build rapport with residents.

Appointment Coordinator: Schedule and coordinate resident appointments with contractors.

Vulnerable Resident Support: Provide tailored assistance to residents with specific needs.

Detailed Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback.

Collaborative Liaison: Liaise with contractors, site managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Community Engagement: Conduct resident meetings as needed to provide updates and gather feedback.

What You'll Bring:

Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Relationship Building: Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with diverse residents.

Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational skills.

Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Driving Licence: Beneficial, but not essential.

Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service, community engagement, or social housing is highly desirable.
