Registered Manager required for 3 bed Children's Home in Waltham Abbey Essex CM16We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our management team at our 3 bed residential home based in Waltham Abbey, OFSTED rated Good. • You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior / team leader position within a residential childcare setting.
• Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma or be actively working towards completing this.
• Hold a minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent.
• Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Child Care setting.
• Full UK Manual Driving License

Purpose of the Registered Manager role:

• To be responsible for shaping and delivering the residential home’s Statement of Purpose and managing the team to achieve the same.
• To provide high quality care services that supports the needs of the residents, to be an advocate for their well-being and to provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.
• To aspire to manage the Children’s home to an outstanding grade with Ofsted.
• Qualifications and experience required for a Registered Manager
• Do you hold a minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent?
• Senior / Team Leader: 2 years (required)
• Licence/Certification:
• QCF Level 5 or Equivalent
