A passionate and diverse Quantity Surveying consultancy with great offices near to Barbican is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor with previous consultancy experience.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy team of 10 quantity surveyors who are working on a mix of interesting and often unique projects including private residential, hotel, heritage, and leisure.

The new Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £10m.

The Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or working towards

* 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience

* Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment

* Good pre contract knowledge

* Able to work as part of a team

* A track record of working on private residential projects
