CMA HR Division is recruiting for an established brand in Southampton, Hampshire for a HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract. The role is initially 6 months with a view to become more long term in the structure.

The role of the HR Business Partner is to be accountable for driving the people agenda within an assigned region, delivering a positive employee experience and promoting the employer brand.

What will HR Business Partner role involve?

Working closely with leaders, create a people plan for each region that aligns to the overall strategy and objectives, including talent management and succession planning to future-proof and build bench strength capability
Provide support and expert advice to line managers and leaders in respect of people management issues, mitigating commercial risk and seeking a timely resolution
Lead people solutions in respect of organisational change within business area, applying a consultative and commercial approach
Ensure employee relations principles, practices and procedures and best practice is adopted
Ensure diversity and inclusion considerations are embedded in the development of people solutions and actions.
Participate in group-wide projects that support the design and implementation of people solutions and employment framework
