Accounts Assistant - Aldershot

• Daily Reconciliation of Daybooks & PDQ's and banking
• Bank payments and BACs runs
• Bank statement reconciliation
• Petty Cash analysis and posting
• Sales ledger processing and reconciliation
• Debtors Control
• Vehicle Ledger processing and debtors control
• Deal Books analysis and reconciliation including posting of bonuses and commissions
• General reconciliations to assist in the production of timely and accurate accounts.
• Forecasts
• Aged Debt analysis
• Funding analysis
• Assist with the production of the Management Accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciling Manufacturer Bonuses
• Credit Control

Profile

A successful applicant will have some experience with the above

Salary £24,000 - £26,000
