We have full time and a part time position available for a Senior Nurse role at HMP Erlestoke.


The healthcare team have a real impact on promoting health and well-being to those in prison and Oxleas pride themselves on using skills and strategies that instil hope for patient’s future resettlement back into the community. Oxleas deliver Mental Health, Physical Health, Pharmacy and Clinical Substance Misuse services in an integrated healthcare delivery model to provide effective and responsive care to improve wellbeing and support better outcomes in the future.

What will you be doing?


As a Band 6 Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing a quality primary care service and a range of specialist interventions for offenders. You will also support junior colleagues and assist and support the team managers as directed, to deliver a nurse-led integrated primary care service and develop a specialist practice-based clinical model of care.


What do you need?



·      A professional nursing qualification (i.e. RN Degree)


·      An NMC registration


·      Previous nursing experience (but newly qualified nurses will be considered)
