Your Role As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead & Inspire - Manage a team of Deputy Managers & Residential Care Workers to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure Compliance - Maintain all legal, statutory, and Ofsted requirements
- Create a Safe & Supportive Environment - Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Drive Performance - Use data and best practices to improve outcomes for children
- Build Strong Partnerships - Work with local authorities, partner agencies, and stakeholders
- Manage Budgets - Ensure responsible and effective use of resources
- Develop the Service - Work with the Responsible Individual to enhance service quality
What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced leader who is dedicated to making a lasting impact in children's social care.
Essential: - NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Commitment to obtaining a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Significant experience working in a children's home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding principles
- Proven leadership and management abilities
A full UK driving license is desirable.
