The Company:

A leading quarry specialist is looking to recruit a Concrete Plant Supervisor for one of their Gloucester plants. The company prides itself on staff retention and has seen year on year growth.

As a result, they are recruiting for a Concrete Plant Supervisor.

Role & Responsibilities:

A key role for a motivated Concrete Plant Supervisor to join the team to ensure the smooth operations are carried out in the extraction and processing of materials.

The Candidate:

Experience within a similar role or environment and have knowledge of asphalt, aggregates, concrete, quarrying or mining

Good communication skills

Preferably hold a NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel licence however full training can be given

Training in all aspects of the role will be given to the right candidate
