Our client a leading Financial Services Company is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team. The Office Manager will be supporting Senior Management to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities for the wider team.
We are seeking a resilient, well-organised, detail-oriented self-starter, with prior experience in the financial services industry. The successful candidates will work in a vibrant, energetic and supportive team of 95 + people.
This role is fully office-based in a modern office in the heart of the West End.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the diary and ensuring meetings are organised and rooms booked as required
- Greet visitors warmly, ensure they feel welcome, and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Make and serve refreshments to visitors, ensuring they are comfortable during their stay.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Manage office supplies and be responsible for ordering stationery
- Ensure the office is well stocked for stationery, tea, coffee, milk etc
- Organising the signing, scanning & posting of legal documentation
- Scheduling and planning future engagements
- Act as key point of contact to the team & being a true gate-keeper
- To organise and plan meetings for external stakeholders and client meetings
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required
Skills
- Experience working in professional or corporate environments a bonus but not essential
- Providing a high-quality of work, with a proactive attitude

- Being able to work at pace with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with all MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, Adobe & PowerPoint

- Ability to take ownership of all tasks, following up on outstanding items
