Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum

Location: London (Hybrid)

Mason Frank has partnered with a fast-growing boutique consulting firm specialising in digital transformation and Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and grow our Salesforce practice to meet client needs and business objectives.
Lead pre-sales engagements, technical strategy, and innovative solution design.
Oversee Salesforce implementations, from architecture to post-launch support.
Design scalable integrations with third-party systems like ERPs and CRMs.
Mentor and lead the Salesforce team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of CRM processes and integration frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms and tools (Apex, Lightning, etc.).
Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
Leadership and mentoring experience with a focus on technical best practices.
Passion for innovation and staying updated with Salesforce technologies.
Strong expertise in integration frameworks and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect)
