About the role: KS1 TA:

We're hiring a part-time Key Stage 1 TA to start in January 2025. You'll support EAL students with literacy and numeracy interventions, working in a small class of 25 students. This role is available due to retirement.

Hours: 3-4 days a week, flexible.

Application Requirements:

• Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent.

• Experience with Key Stage 1, ideally EAL students

.• Strong communication skills.

• Passion for supporting children's learning.

Key Responsibilities as a KS2 TA:

• Support the class teacher and help EAL students with their learning.

• Provide 1:1 and group support for literacy and numeracy.

• Assist with intervention programs and create a positive learning environment.
