Contract Supervisor - Grounds Maintenance
Kingston & Elmbridge Area | £33,500 per annum | Full Time - 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of our ground's maintenance operations across the Kingston & Elmbridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected team and play a key role in maintaining beautiful public spaces.

The Role:

You'll be instrumental in the smooth and efficient delivery of our ground's maintenance services by:

Assisting the Contract Management Team with effective scheduling and delivery of work.
Leading and motivating the Service Delivery Team.
Monitoring staff attendance, holidays and absence.
Promoting a culture of health & safety by setting the standard yourself.
Ensuring the security of vehicles, equipment, and tools.
Upholding high standards of quality and customer care across all works.
Maintaining discipline and professionalism within the team.
Completing daily reports and operational paperwork.About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised and experienced in leading teams or small crews.
A confident communicator with natural leadership skills and enthusiasm.
Ideally holding a horticultural qualification and familiar with Google Workspace and field management systems.
Experienced in public open space maintenance with a focus on quality and service.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple services and teams.
