Network Engineer - UK Central Government (Defence)

?? Role: Network Engineer?? Contract Length: Until 31st March 2024?? Location: Hereford (full-time onsite with potential UK-wide travel)?? Pay Rate: £550 per day?? IR35 Status: Inside IR35??

Key Requirements:

• ?? CCNP Enterprise certification (essential)
• ?? 3+ years' experience supporting complex campus area (CAN) and wide area (WAN) networks (essential)
• ?? Experience with IP cryptography, Linux OS, and network logging/analysis tools (desirable)
• ?? Familiarity with Splunk or Elastic for network support, reporting, and alerting (desirable)

?? Additional Skills:

• Strong technical competency and experience supporting production networks
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working within military structures
• Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
