Taylor Made Employment are looking for a Harvesting Manager to join a family run business . This role is a permanent position so ideal for an individual who is looking for a role that can provide security and longevity. Due to the location of this site you must have your own transport as this company is not accessible via public transport.

This role is easily commutable from the following areas- Howden, Goole, Selby, York, Beverly, Driffield, Scunthorpe etc.

This role will be paying between £37,000 to £40,000PA for the right candidate.

You will receive 28 days of holiday, and a contributory pension from the company. They also offer free onsite parking along with a fresh and friendly working area.

* Experience within an agricultural environment

* Harvesting manager

* Worked with 'fresh produce'

* Managing a team

* Computer Literate (experience using Microsoft office)

* Training and mentoring staff

* Degree Level education (desired not essential)

* Members of Food safety including HACCP, TACCP, VACCP.
