    About the Role:

    The Retirement Scheme Manager will be responsible for managing a range of tenancy-related tasks, supporting tenants to live safely and independently. The role involves working with vulnerable customers, ensuring their well-being, raising safeguarding concerns when necessary, and collaborating with partner agencies to provide the best possible support.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing tenancies within the social housing sector or demonstrating transferable skills in a similar environment.
    • Providing support to tenants, including writing personal tenancy sustainment plans and conducting risk assessments.
    • Monitoring and recording health and safety compliance within retirement housing schemes.
    • Working both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support services.
    • Using IT systems such as MS Office and housing management CRM systems to maintain accurate records and manage tenancy processes.
    • Effectively managing time and workload in a fast-paced environment.
