This is a hybrid Sales & Marketing Administrator role, with typically 2-3 days in the office per week (08:30-17:00, Monday-Friday). This is a long-term temporary contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Ideal for an experienced Administrator or Sales Coordinator or potentially an Admin Assistant looking for progression.

You will be joining the team of a fast-paced distribution business based in Tamworth. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, to provide full administrative support.

As Sales & Marketing Administrator, your duties will include:

Liaising with customers to enable sample's etc to be sent out 
Supporting the planning and execution of events / exhibitions
Data analysis, reporting, and collation of other information to support the sales team 
Competitor research 
Creating presentations 
Inbox management 
Communication with customers / suppliers / internal departments 
 
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator with:

Previous administrative experience in an office-based environment 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Confident phone manner
The ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects concurrently 
 
In return you will receive a pay rate of £13 per hour.
