The UK's leading developer is looking for a Facade Site Manager to oversee the entire facade and external envelope package of their high-profile project, in Southwest London. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an award-winning company with a strong pipeline of work.

As Façade Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the following key areas: Brickwork; Metsec; Scaffolding; Windows; Balconies; and Waterproofing. This role will require someone with strong experience managing facade packages, with brickwork being key. The project is a 400-unit development and will be made up of 7 RC frame blocks all going up simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all façade elements, including scaffold, SFS, windows (Nordan), external doors, roofing, balconies, GRC, traditional brick, brick slip systems, and architectural metalwork.

* Utilize construction management software, particularly Procore, and ensure accurate QA recording using tablets on-site.

* Demonstrate IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office programs, emails, and other software applications.

* Interpret and provide input on design information, drawings, and specifications, ensuring all materials and works align with project requirements.

* Liaise with NHBC, Premier Guarantee, and Building Control, ensuring compliance with design and specifications during inspections.

* Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly lookaheads to ensure all aspects of the façade work are on track, including design, materials, and labor.

* Monitor project timelines, addressing any potential delays or issues proactively.

* Lead weekly coordination meetings and daily briefings with contractors, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

* Uphold HSE legislation and site safety standards, including reviewing work permits, RAMS, and ensuring proper housekeeping.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing the full completion of external packages

* SMSTS and CSCS card mandatory; First Aid and Scaffold Awareness preferred.

* Strong knowledge of design, materials, and façade construction techniques.

* Brickwork background preferred

* Previous experience working with developer/ main contractor or major projects.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple contractors on-site.
