First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking an Operations Engineer for their client who are a specialist Engineering & Environmental Consultancy.

The Role:

Review, investigation, and analysis of technical, contractual, and commercial issues arising from Supplier contracts.
Coordinate Unit team to ensure successful delivery of services
Review MTCE, System Auditor and Site Technician deliverables
Ensure quality of reporting and communication, internally and externally
Work with team to produce the monthly programmes and ensure content and focus is correct (identifying schemes/cyclic activities to be monitored/audited and reported on)
Discuss with team individual Unit performance, establish patterns, identify areas of concern and potential mitigations, address any ad-hoc issues
Prepare Monthly Reports ensuring quality
Contribute to Annual Report
Winter and Incident Response Reports
Attend OC programming meeting, include commentray in MPR on quality of OC planning and programming.
Attend Progress Meeting
Attend Pre Progress meeting Catch up with OC
Attend Design Meetings with OC
OC procedure/plan reviews
Review OC performance in relation to the Employers Risk Register with respect to how they mitigate the Employer's risksRequired Experience:

Chartered Civil Engineer or equivalent
Extensive experience of auditing, monitoring, investigation and analysis of technical, contractual, and commercial issues relevant to the construction, management and maintenance of a roads network
Demonstrable knowledge of auditing, monitoring, investigation and analysis of technical and commercial issues relevant to the construction, management and maintenance of a roads network
