We are working with an established System Integrator company based in Northamptonshire, UK.

They are recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join their team.

In return for a salary in the region £45.000 - £50.000 + Car Allowance of £5.000/ Company Car along with excellent employment benefits.

Our Client is a leader in warehouse automation, providing innovative solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency. In the past year, they have experienced significant growth, expanded their client base and enhanced technological capabilities. They've successfully launched a new robotic picking system, which has set new standards in the industry, and secured a major contract with a leading retailer, further establishing their reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Working from contract specifications and in liaison with the wider project team, suppliers and customers to develop robust, compliant and cost-effective project layouts.

* Leading the project team to deliver specific integrated systems projects.

* Prepare the post-sale overall general arrangement and sub-system arrangement drawings ensuring the design intent is translated into an engineering solution.

* Prepare the design risk assessment for the project and ensure design mitigates risks and designs meet relevant EN standards suitable for CE/ UKCA marking of the final system.

Desirable Requirements:

* Formal Qualification in Mechanical Engineering - Preferred Degree, acceptable HND/ HNC with suitable relevant design experience of up to 5 years

* AUTOCAD 2D proficient

* Proficient with all Microsoft packages.
