Are you an experienced and confident HLTA with exceptional behaviour management skills? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support and cover classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in our inclusive and vibrant school.

The Role:

As an HLTA, you will:
✅ Cover and lead whole-class teaching across KS1 and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher.
✅ Support children with a range of abilities, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
✅ Implement and manage strong behaviour strategies to maintain high expectations for all pupils.
✅ Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
✅ Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion for all.

About You:

🔹 HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
🔹 Proven ability to manage and support behaviour effectively in a primary setting.
🔹 Experience working across KS1 and KS2, with strong curriculum knowledge.
🔹 A confident, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
🔹 Passion for helping children reach their full potential in a structured and supportive environment.
