Providing sound HR Advice across a diverse business
Effective case management and advising a diverse business around all ER activities
Working with the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Delivering induction and training programmes
Managing and driving engagement activitiesDesirable skills and attributes:

HR Advisory, particularly ER
CIPD qualified to level 5
Generalist HR experience
Solid understanding of all employment legislation
