Carpenter Multi's wanted for a main contractor 

Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Carpenter Multi's for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association.

There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week!

As a Carpenter Multi your day to day will look like: 

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.

Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.

Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Please note: A full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role. 

About the Carpenter Multi role: 

Salary: £43k+ paid weekly through CIS

Location: Sutton and areas

An NVQ/City and Guilds is preferred for this role (with proof of completion)
