Contracts Manager
Exciting new opportunity to work for one the market leaders in their field as Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least four years contract management experience gained within the construction and building services industry and be HVAC certified.
- Central role looking after new project contracts and tenders
- Proving technical support and expertise throughout the process, from initial site surveys to appraising final draft tenders
- Managing works projects, predicting project and client costs
- Estimating project delivery schedule timelines
- Working on residential and commercial projects building proactive client relationships
- Manager subcontractors’ audits
- Plant client budgets
- Identify potential issues and covering compliance with H&S
- Working with client account teams to review contracts and renewals
- A background in construction of building services is essential
