The Accounts Supervisor will be resposible for the following

• Processing day-to-day transactions.

• Customer Accounts reconciliations.

• Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.

• Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.

• Supplier Accounts reconciliations.

• Process supplier payments and any refunds.

• VAT Returns

• Inputting company expenses

Accounts Supervisor Skills required:

• Supervision and team leadership skills

• Managing processes

• Attention to detail

• General math skills

• Accounting skills

• Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE.

• Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

• Confidentiality and trustworthiness

• Data entry management
• Excellent communication skills

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Office based Role Salary £28k - £35k

21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year's service
