Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

* Be a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a strong background in Design Technology.

* Have experience teaching Design Technology to A-Level, with a proven track record of student success.

* Be passionate about fostering innovation, problem-solving, and practical design skills in students.

* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and workshop safety awareness.

* Work collaboratively within the Design Technology department to maintain high teaching standards.
