Digital Marketing Executive

A growing performance marketing team is looking for a highly organized Digital Marketing Executive with experience in PPC and ideally some SEO knowledge. The role involves managing campaigns across Paid Search and SEO, optimizing performance, and driving overall KPI growth.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Paid Search and SEO channels in local and international markets.
• Assist with performance objectives, budgeting, and forecasting for PPC and SEO.
• Manage agency relationships and collaborate on campaign performance.
• Implement testing programs and analyze post-campaign results.
• Align marketing efforts with brand, trade, and customer goals.
• Optimize marketing tracking, product feeds, and SEO efforts across teams and partners.
• Propose new digital marketing opportunities for brand growth and customer acquisition.

• Strong attention to detail, organized, and deadline-driven.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for retail.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• 2-3 years of PPC experience (including Feeds) and some SEO exposure.
• Experience managing large budgets and complex Paid Search accounts.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Analytics (360).
• International experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 days per week in the office.
• AdWords accreditation and Salesforce experience preferred.
