This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury property maintenance organisation, based in Tunbridge Wells, providing maintenance solutions for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients nationwide.

As a Maintenance Operative, you will join a team of skilled tradespeople responsible for repairs to residential property, domestic refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, and both planned and reactive maintenance.

This role would suit those who have particular experience and background in Plumbing.

Duties

Basic Handyman Tasks, reactive and planned maintenance
Logistical furniture moves (with assistance)
Collecting and delivering materials to site
Assisting with site clearanceDesirable Skills

Good communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills
A clean driving licence (role cannot be performed without one)
Willing to travel and work away from home as requiredPerks of the Role

Fantastic starting salary of £35,000
Monday - Friday 7 am - 3.30 pm
