Coventry 

c£23,000 to £28,000 per annum (negotiable) in line with experience

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to provide support to a busy litigation department of a multi-office, Legal 500-listed law firm, based on the outskirts of Coventry.  

The role will involve:

Provision of secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the areas of civil litigation and commercial litigation, both claimant and defendant work
Audio typing from digital dictation system
Use of a case management system
Use of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Diary management
Dealing with clients and third party professionals by email, telephone and face to face
Photocopying and scanning of legal documents
Typing of legal documents and correspondenceSuitable candidates will have

Around 2 years'+ legal secretarial/legal administration experience within a dispute resolution/litigation field
Excellent communication skills
Experience of using MS Office and a legal case management system
Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle, due to office locationThis is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
