We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5,000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We’re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We provide housing to those in housing need and aim to be a great landlord for our customers.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. You will lead the FP&A function in managing budgets, financial performance, forecasting, development of the 30 year Business Plan, and driving financial insights to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

To succeed you’ll have experience of managing long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and management accounts and working to improve processes to enhance business information and performance. You will also have experience of leading and developing a team as well as maintaining relationships across a business to achieve the delivery of financial and operational objectives. A recognised Accountancy qualification from CIMA, ACCA or ACA is also essential.
