Do you have a strong understanding of HR policies and processes with a strong knowledge working in customer service? We are currently recruiting for a role working across a varied range of projects and initiatives.

Must be working towards CIPD qualification and/or has the relevant experience in a HR setting.

Hybrid role one day in office per week, the first few weeks will be 2-3 days in office whilst training.

Job Description

Maintain improve and deliver the best compliance practices while improving and updating knowledge of this on a regular basis.

Provide customer service support to all parties including employees, managers and third-party clients.

Collaborate on projects and activities with line manager delivering results.

Support Senior HR advisor to manage and resolve any issues that may arise meeting both customers and compliance requirements.
