Salary : £25,000-£35,000

Responsibilities

Install and Servicing of our wide range of field equipment including, Fire Alarms systems
Provide high levels of customer services.
Understanding site plans, to allow installs to take part based on site survey documentation.
Reactive call outs to site, with an aim to provide a first-time fix.
Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and planned visits.
Complete documentation in line with company standards.
Work within strict H&S guidelines.
Work as part of a 24/7 on call rota.
Advise customers on the latest products and services to improve efficiency.
Package:

Salary  £ 25,000-£25,000
Vehicle - Car or Van (can be used for private use)
25 days holiday

Other benefits - Sick Pay - Up to 8 weeks of paid sick leave after 5 years of service (2 weeks for first 2 years of service, 4 weeks for years 3 to 5 and then 8 weeks thereafter.
